PeaceHealth patient?
Letter from BlueCross / United?
Need a new in-network neurologist?
Legacy Health Neurology
has appointments available
THIS WEEK!
Are you a patient of PeaceHealth with a neurological condition? Did you receive a letter from Blue Cross or United that your PeaceHealth neurologist will be out-of-network starting on June 30, 2013?
Doctor Krob, and his colleagues, Dr. Milfed and Dr. Dempster, have new patient appointments available as soon as THIS WEEK.
As neurologists, we know that your neurological health is important, and whether your condition is new or old, mild or severe, simple or complex, our dedicated team at Legacy Health Neurology is committed to providing you with stable, competent, accurate, and effective care.
To arrange an appointment, call our helpful staff, Lisa or Maggie, and say you want to transfer care to us. We will work with you and your primary care doctor to make the switch as smooth as can be. Because your health is important, we are offering our new Blue Cross and United patients a full one-hour appointment, complete neurological examination, review of records that you bring, confirmation of your diagnosis(es), and a fresh look at your treatment plan.
All of our neurologists are board-certified and have subspecialty training and/or subspecialty board certification.
